Greenlit is booking and fleet software for golf cart and LSV rentals. No starter plan. No add on modules. It is all in the one price. This is the whole list, and it is the bar we think every cart rental should hold its software to.
Online booking
More bookings, including the ones at 9pm.
Your own site, your own web address, your logo and your colors. They pick dates, pick a cart, sign and pay in one go. No account to make.
- Dates first, so nobody falls in love with a cart that is already out

Damage tracking
Proof, not a memory.
This is the part we built for ourselves first.
- Where the mark is, in plain words. Front left fender, near the wheel arch. Seat 3, middle left.
- How bad it is. Safety, something that stops working, or just a scuff.
- Whether it was already there, or turned up on a rental, and which one.
- Which renters were shown it before they booked.
- Photos before you drop it off and after you pick it up, taken by the renter.
- One file for your insurance company, ready before they ask.
Checkout
Your price is the price.
A lot of booking software is free to you because it adds a fee to your renter's bill on the last screen. Greenlit never does. Here is exactly what your renter sees, in this order.
- Your price for the cart and the dates they picked
- Any extras they chose, like a cooler or a car seat
- Sales tax, and any surcharge you set, with the label you give it
- The total. No service fee from us, anywhere on the page.
What your renter sees on Greenlit
Paid to you, through your own Stripe or Square.
Example: $550 week, one extra, 7% sales tax.
The rest of it
All in the same price.
Signed before pickup
Your rental agreement, filled in with the renter, the dates, the cart and the drop off address. We keep every version, so each booking shows exactly what was signed.
License and insurance
Renters send them from a link before they get the cart. So do the before and after photos.
Drop off, built in
The address rides on the booking. Set your ZIP codes, your delivery fee, and extras that show up ready to go. Or let people come to you instead.
Every cart on its own terms
Rate, seats, color, photos, features. Year, make, model, VIN and plate kept private to you. Rest days between rentals so nothing goes straight back out dirty.
Coolers and car seats
Priced by the day or one off, with a count of what you actually own. It will not rent out three coolers when you have two.
Your Stripe or Square
Your account, your money, straight to you. No service fee from us on your renter's bill. Sales tax and any rental surcharges are real fields, not something you work out later.
How you like to rent
Shortest and longest rental, a discount for longer stays, a hold while someone is paying, and a free cancellation cutoff.
Staff without the keys
Owner, manager and staff. Staff see bookings, the calendar and damage, and nothing else. Who gets the new booking email is set per person.
Your name on all of it
Your logo, one brand color and the rest built from it, your links, your footer. Light or dark to match the phone they are holding outside.
